I contacted Davidson and we agreed a meeting, Davidson scheduled me in for a weekly session and what a difference. Instead of being told how poor my performance was and feeling utterly dejected I started to feel good about my training. Davidson had a completely different approach, one of a positive nature rather than what I was used to, a negative session. Davidson quickly sorted my issues out and now I started to understand what was expected on a part 3 test. Then he would leave me with some homework and a great feeling as I drove home.

I passed my final attempt and what a relief, I was ecstatic the pressure was off; I now run my own school 'Longniddry Driving School' with a full diary and a good work/life balance.

I have no hesitation in recommending Davidson Davidson from Catz-i, as a great trainer.

Good luck with your training, it's not easy but this is undoubtedly the most rewarding job I have ever had. Not just in financial terms but in seeing the joy on that pupils face when they have achieved their dream.

"Real Life Stories are Not Made Up Testimonials"

Alan McNair's Story

After being made redundant for the 3rd time I figured retail was not an industry that would give me job security. I had always had a keen interest in driving and road safety and coupled with the buzz I got after teaching both my kids to drive gave me the idea of becoming a Driving Instructor.

A little research told me this was not going to be easy. I made the mistake of enrolling with a National Driving School and parted with a large amount of my redundancy payment.

Apart from a few books I got virtually no support or help with my part 1, however, with a lot of research and self-help I passed with flying colours. For my part 2 I was allocated a very good driving instructor who I got on great with. I think the fact I had recently passed my IAM test and my own determination and keenness saw me pass part 2 quite easily.

Bring on part 3 was my thoughts.

Support was minimal and I had to travel from Edinburgh to Glasgow each week for my sessions. I found the trainers to be condescending and bullying and I was not enjoying part 3 training at all. I would leave Glasgow each week with a heavy heart thinking 'I'm never going to get through this'. Subsequently, I failed my first two attempts at part 3, so now I'm on my last life.  A colleague on the same course told me he was getting extra part 3 training from Davidson Davidson of Catz-i.com and it was going well.

The rest they say is history:-
